Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, known as Amerado, is a prominent Ghanaian rapper born on February 14, 1995, in Kumasi. He is noted for creating "Yeete Nsem," the first news casting rap series in Ghana. Amerado attended KNUST Senior High School and is currently studying Political Science at the University of Ghana.His music career began in 2016 after gaining attention from producer Azee Ntwene. Amerado's breakout singles and collaborations, including "I AM" and "Biibi Ba," garnered critical acclaim.
